A design strategist specialising in brand and communication design with an experience of 20+ yrs. Alumni of the National Institute of Design. Shalini has in the past founded two companies and run them, worked as a design director with Ray and Keshavan (Brand Union), worked with International as well as Indian clients as a consultant. Essentially a think tank to lead, resolve, create and deliver. Her focus is results.
Some of her clients range from Paytm, Satya Paul, Mc Enroe, Indian Metals and Ferrous Alloys, Cummins India, Eli Lilly India, Samsung India, Whirlpool India, ICICI, Medela India, etc..
She has worked on a lot of India specific projects with multinationals, essentially determining the Indian language of design and helped international companies deliver solutions to the Indian consumers as per the Indian cultural preferences.
